Born & bred in Germany, Britta Atkinson, the principal of CMK Lettings came to England in 1982 as part of her European Business Studies degree between Muenster University in Germany & Humberside Polytechnic.
After leaving university she worked she worked in the investment industry to later develop her knowledge of the property market, first in the construction industry, later by working as an estate agent.
Britta has always been serious about providing a professional service to her clients and she joined the National Approved Lettings Scheme when she became more involved in residential lettings.
To concentrate more on this side of the property business, Britta has now established CMK, as a Residential Lettings business in her own name, providing support not only to new buy-to let landlords but also providing referencing & introduction services to those clients whore are more closely involved.
She has also joined a number of governing bodies, including The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, The Property Ombudsman and Safe Agent. Britta has lived in Yorkshire for the last twenty years, and has become involved in local charities over the years. Other hobbies include gardening & music.
